a new woven doll

My friend asked me to make a woven doll this summer.  It was an honor for me, because she is a wonderful teacher and artist herself.  I had a great time weaving in my good thoughts and memories of our years working together. 

I wrote an article for Art Doll Quarterly 12 years ago, about how the woven dolls came to fruition.
