I've been in Nepal for 12 days, visiting my son.  He teaches at a Canadian Immersion School in Bangkok, and had planned a hiking trip out of Kathmandu Valley.  So we decided to meet up afterwards in Kathmandu when he was done.  Here's a few of the baskets and other woven items that I found:
